If you are looking for a place on Beautiful Lake Claiborne, and not break the bank, you’ve got to come check this place out! This is one of the neatest places on the lake and some of the best fishing! Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath main home with a one bedroom cottage as well! From the moment you pull up, this place is a little getaway haven. With trees lined the driveway leading up to the property. First you just got to step up onto the front porch of the cutest one bedroom cottage, it has a large bedroom that could easily sleep multiple people with hideaway bunkbeds up on the top. That is unique if you have kids they’re gonna love this. Nice open kitchen and bathroom. Step out onto the front porch and take a look with a beautiful view of the lake! One of the neat things here is the little roller coaster cart… Don’t wanna have to pack your icechest and all your stuff down to the boathouse no problem here... you can just set it on this little cart, push a button and it will send it down the tracks to meet you at the bottom! Kids would love this also as you can put them on and then send them down to the bottom and they get their own free little roller coaster ride! The main house is a nice 3 bed 2 bath mobile home with a large, great room added on to with huge windows overlooking the balcony and water. Step out back of the main house onto the balcony porch and let the world go by… With spectacular views of Lake Claiborne! Step them down to the boat house here you have a large boat slip for a pontoon boat or a regular fishing boat. This is on the open water of the lake and one of the best spots on the lake!
